Our Scawoo Puppy Application- Next puppies are due to arrive February
Below is our puppy application.
We pride ourselves on being ethical, passionate , dog loving breeders who make sure all our adults are living fun filled lives. We hope families care about where their puppies come from and the lives of the parent dogs.
We have a few reviews on our facebook page, google business and website.
Chat to your family and once everyone is in agreement that we (SCAWOO) are the breeders to provide you with your family companion, or dog with a job and you are ready to proceed, fill in the application.
We will let you know once it has been approved or if we have any further questions. Once approved we will send a puppy deposit form and we will request a deposit $200 to secure a pup from a future litter.
Then the exciting journey begins, planning, research and preparation to welcome a puppy to suit your family or situation.
We take pride in our communication with families and getting back to you in a prompt and timely manner. If you have not received a reply from us, please check your spam. We have had a couple of families let ius know they had missed our communication due to it going to spam. It happens the other way around too, so we check our spam daily. Thankyou
What to expect when buying a puppy from Scawoo
Your puppy is whelped in our home in a safe clean enviromentDuring your puppies first 8 weeks they will only know love and positive experience and understand that their humans are kindYour puppy is exposed to the badass breeder curriculum which includes getting them accustomed to different types of touchIntroducing them to many sights, sounds and smells thus desensitising themThey will be surrounded by humans that will nurture them and give the best careThey will be weaned onto healthy balanced food for optimal growth and healthThey will be exposed to many types of play equipment, toys, bridges, balance boards, bubbles, seesaw to name a few.They will be exposed to different surfaces and texturesThey will learn to use a dog flapThey will be well on their way to being toilet trainedWe teach them the treat game which we will explain to familiesPuppies have crate exposureThey will have access to a safe outside area, a lovely inside area where they can go in and out as they please during the daytime hours. We also take them on daily excursions into our big yards for big runs and playtimes.
At 6 weeks puppies go to the vet for their first vaccination, a health check and they are microchipped.At around 7 weeks or 51 days to be exact, we temperament test our australian cobberdog puppies and allocate to families to get you and the puppy the best possible match. Your puppy will also be wormed and given some tummy bug prevention before they leave us to ensure a smooth and healthy transition.At 8 weeks your puppy is so ready to join you and we will have organised a pick up time, a meet up place and time or a flight.You will receive our extensive puppy guide to get you prepared for your new puppy.
Finally when you receive a puppy from us it doesnt end when the puppy leaves us: we are here for ongoing support, guidance and sharing of joy. We have been breeding for over 10 years now, we will be here!We are currently working on a safe way for families to visit their puppy after allocations. If you are within driving distance please ask us about this. For families further away we can organise a facetime appointment.
