Our Cobberdogs love the beach, the river, the dams, walks,the boat, the motorbike, the ratrod, any adventure we throw at them they are keen and they are equally as happy to chill at home on a slow day. Got to love this amazing breed!!

We want to talk about what may set us apart from other breeders.
Well we want to be known and recognised as breeders that are totally devoted to their dogs. Not only raising amazing pups but also going above and beyond to ensure that our breeding dogs are living their best lives.
When we have puppies we all bunker down as we need to make sure no germs compromise are fragile growing puppies. But when we have breaks our focus returns to our mature dogs.
Socialising them getting them out and about. Making sure they live full lives, with fun, pleasure and excitement. We hope that puppy buyers appreciate the lives our parent dogs live. That they take pleasure knowing that the parents of the puppy that they adore are loved, cherished , respected and a bit spoilt.
Our world revolves around our dogs. There is nothing more we enjoy than taking a couple of dogs out for the day, walks, swimming, beach, river, bush, we want our dogs to live their best lives. ( I encourage families to make sure that the parents of their potential puppies are having great lives, everyone detests puppy farms: its all our responsibilities to make sure that where we buy our dogs from: the parent dogs are valued, respected, loved and given amazing lives too)
Most of our females will retire after only three litters. The odd one will have four, that is our absolute maximum. For a dog to have four litters, they have to be a great mum, they have to like it, their offspring need to be wonderful and birthing and raising the pups needs to have been without issues.Our guardian mothers will only have 2 litters.
We can still breed amazing puppies and keep developing this wonderful breed whilst having our breeding dogs best interests as our main focus.
Our dogs are loved , nutured and very spoilt. If they dont like being a mum they retire, its pretty simple. We are not just about cute puppy photos and a couple of professional photos of our dogs. What we are about is giving our dogs real full lives which we share some of through social media.
Our hope is that families really look at the lives of the parent dogs, this will help to reduce those not doing the right thing.
